I recently stayed at this delightful hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the lovely walk alongside the river just steps from the hotel—it was both peaceful and picturesque. Additionally, the location is perfect, as it’s only a short stroll to the Millennium Bridge, making it ideal for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Hotel was fine , room was clean, everything in place , staff friendly and helpful. The small gym on the ground floor was easy to access with enough equipment for anyone really, treadmill, bike , free weights and so forth, towels and cleansing wipes were also supplied . There were plenty of breakfast options and non dairy milks available. The environment was calm and the rooms quiet . A good place for anyone working. The staff were very friendly, even remembering peoples first names, it didn't feel intrusive, just a calm relaxed atmosphere. Great location for The Sage, Baltic and Quayside.

The property was in a good location and very clean throughout from the room, to the hallways and stairwell, to the eating areas. The breakfast staff were very good, especially a huge shoutout to Sam who was always asking if we were okay and enjoying our stay or if as needed anything else. We spoke everyday and each day was always the same with her smiling away. She even went out her way to say goodbye to us as we were leaving and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. Thanks again from Grant and Laura from Ayrshire, Scotland.

When we arrived we were greeted by the most lovely staff who were happy to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a super king room which was very clean and spacious with a huge bed. It was actually two beds pushed together but they’ve made it so it all feels like one giant bed and you wouldn’t even tell they’re separate (plus is was suuuper comfy). Shower was nice and the whole bathroom was pristine. Overall great experience, great sleep, lovely staff, would definitely stay again.

Great location to the city ,around 15min walk away but only 5 to the sage music centre. Comfortable rooms and just big enough for 3 adults( as a family)has everythingyou need down to an iron/board. Lift was added bonus. Love staying on the 6th floor as so peaceful. Staff super friendly and helpful. Had our evening meal before going to the Arena....it was lovely, cooked to order and home cut thick chips. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice.Would definitely recommend as our second stay proves. Great parking .
